Epic Lumens Analyst

Location: Fully Remote

Contract: 6 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual with profound expertise in Epic Lumens to join our team for a 6-month contract. As an Epic Lumens Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence in healthcare data management within our enterprise-level organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to data innovations initiatives using extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Epic Lumens.

Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance data management processes and outcomes.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical operations, and executive project sponsors, to coordinate and execute project plans effectively.

Provide expert guidance and support throughout the full life-cycle of Epic implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Serve as a subject matter expert in Epic Lumens, offering insights and recommendations to optimize system performance and user experience.

Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in healthcare data management, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Epic design/build, focusing on Lumens module(s).

Proven track record of successfully leading multiple full life-cycle Epic implementation projects in enterprise-level organizations.

Expertise in coordinating and executing project plans alongside diverse teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making within complex technical environments.

Epic certification in Lumens module(s) required

Key Points:

Facing an upgrade in July so upgrade experience is a huge plus.

Design + Build experience

Day to Day tickets experience.
