Job Description

Duties of Executive Assistant:

• The Executive Assistant will support executives with scheduling meetings
• Maintaining calendar's for executives
• Greeting any visitors/guests
• The Executive Assistant will help with meeting monthly deadlines
• Scheduling travel arrangements such as rental cars, flights, and others
• Travel and expense reporting
• Reaching out and contacting customers through email/ or phone calls
• The Executive Assistant will manage basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting

• Prior experience in an E/A background helpful
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite helpful
