Commitments:

• Seven-day rotations per fortnight - initial week covering Sun, We, Th.

  • Second week cycle on Mo, Tu, Fr, Sa.

• 12-hour stretch shifts - Early at 6:45am or 6:45pm initiation.

• Expect and desire overtime compensation following 40 hours, including Sunday shifts.

• Supplementary voluntary overtime offers more revenue.

Your Role:

• Follow directives precisely from schooling and interpretation.
• Verify and assess all production digits, from item to batch.
• Accurately record outputs with legible documentation.
• Sanitize and maintain organized work settings.
• Ensure safety compliance individually and among teams.
• Confidence in computer use for routine digital training endeavors.

Preferred Skills:

• Blending and compounding expertise.
• Excellence in extruder processes.
• Troubleshooting and problem navigation.
• Mechanical and interfacing equipment skills.
• Strong leadership capacity.
• Safe and skilled forklift application.

Physical Endurance:

• Lift capabilities up to 55 lbs sustained.
• Endurance for extended standing periods.
• Routine climbing and flexibility practices engaged.
