Job Details
1. Operating and maintaining forming machines to meet production goals.
2. Adjusting machine settings to control speeds and temperature, ensuring optimal performance.
3. Utilizing forming techniques to shape plastic materials into specified forms.
4. Monitoring the production process and reporting any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
5. Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation and prevent malfunctions.
7. Collaborating with the production team to improve processes and product quality.
8. Reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams to ensure products are formed according to specifications.
9. Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery.
10. Documenting production data, including quantity, type, and specifications of materials produced.
