What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with closing books, forecasting financials, and creating annual plans and budgets
- Review month-end reports, including actual versus budget variances
- Consolidate and analyze financial data to identify drivers and cause-and-effect relationships
- Coordinate with various departments to communicate financial results and findings
- Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance
- Advanced knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in financial analysis and data mining
- Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents
- Capable of multi-tasking and working independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment
