Job Title: Food Quality Control Technician
\n Location: San Fernando, CA
\n Pay Rate: $21–$22/hr
\nShift: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

\n About the Role:
\nJoin a leading food science team as a QC Technician supporting quality testing for food products. You'll conduct analyses on raw materials and finished goods to ensure product integrity and compliance with specifications.
\n 
\n Key Responsibilities: \n

\n\t
• Perform routine QC tests (pH, RI, density, color, sensory, etc.)\n\t
• Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials\n\t
• Maintain lab equipment and calibrate instruments regularly\n\t
• Record and track results in the QC system (FABS)\n\t
• Collaborate with QC Chemists, R&D, and Production teams\n\t
• Ensure all lab activities follow safety and quality protocols\n

\n Qualifications: \n\n

\n\t
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience\n\t
• Experience in food testing or related quality control preferred\n\t
• Strong attention to detail and sensory analysis skills\n\t
• Able to work onsite in San Fernando, with flexibility to visit other facilities as needed\n\t
• Comfortable with lab work, sample handling, and basic troubleshooting\n
