Fundraising Manager

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a fundraising professional to lead and grow the fundraising efforts in a designated area. \n\rThe role involves planning and executing signature fundraising events, recruiting and managing volunteers, and driving revenue growth to meet organizational goals.\n\rYou will collaborate with a passionate team, contribute to community impact, and engage with donors and volunteers to foster long-term relationships.\n\rResponsibilities include planning, managing, and executing fundraising events to ensure revenue goals are met; recruiting, training, and leading volunteers and committees for successful event execution; cultivating relationships with key fundraisers, sponsors, and community partners to drive engagement and sponsorship; developing and managing event budgets, ensuring expenses remain within approved limits; and traveling regularly within the assigned area to attend events, meetings, and an annual chapter staff meeting.

Requirements:

Proven success in planning and executing fundraising events and driving revenue growth. \n\rExperience with volunteer recruitment and management, including event committees.\n\rStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors, sponsors, and volunteers.\n\rAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.\n\rFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support events and meetings.\n\rCandidates must live in Houston, TX.
