Bermuda-headquartered and listed on the New York Stock Exchange (SPNT), we work as 'One SiriusPoint', to apply expertise and underwrite risks across our four operational areas - International Insurance, North American Insurance, Global Accident and Health, and Global Reinsurance.We have underwriting hubs in Bermuda, Liege, London, New York, Stockholm and Toronto, and licenses to write Property & Casualty and Accident & Health insurance and reinsurance globally.Join Our TeamYou will be our Group Chief Compliance Officer responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of SiriusPoint's compliance and ethics program, driving the Company's ongoing commitment to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations globally, while also ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures. The Group Chief Compliance Officer will be a key member of the Legal & Compliance team and will report direct to the Chief Legal Officer.Your responsibilities will include :Oversee our Global Compliance Program while ensuring compliance with local requirementsProvide subject matter expertise and best practice advice regarding Compliance RisksCollaborate with business units and corporate functions across the organization to build consensus, foster a culture of compliance, and align business objectives with regulatory requirementsLead and develop a global compliance teamDevelop, implement, and maintain global compliance policies and proceduresMonitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesConduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits, including third party compliance risk assessmentsProvide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related mattersInvestigate and resolve compliance issues and breachesLiaise with regulatory bodies, from time to time, and ensure timely reporting of compliance mattersStay updated on global regulatory changes and advise the organization accordinglyPrepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directorsFoster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organizationCollect and aggregate data, perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis, identify trends, and generate key metrics and reports for senior management and the SiriusPoint Board of DirectorsConduct internal investigations into whistleblower complaints and other conduct suspected to violate the Company's compliance policiesEnsure appropriate coordination with other key control functions, including risk management, internal audit and legalUnited behind common goalsAt SiriusPoint we work as one team across our global business, and we unite that team behind common goals, understanding the positive impact we can all make at SiriusPoint. This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only.
