Operation Manager Leadership Role, Express Car Wash Operation, Wichita, KS Area
Our client, an expanding Automated Express Car Wash service operation, has an urgent need for an experienced Operation Manager Leader for their Wichita, Kansas area location.
The “Tunnel” Car Wash System has high volume capacity utilizing ‘belt” automated conveyor system with the ability to wash multiple cars simultaneously. Washing efficiency, customer free vacuum service and affordability are key attributes of the operation. Onetime payments and multiple membership plans are available.
This position will be responsible for day-to-day operations and will be a qualified expert in express car wash operations.
The Operations Manager will be involved in hiring, training, and developing a team of 10-15 employees including maintenance, administration, sales, and related roles. A fast-paced work environment, with the Operations Manager being hands on, out in the work environment leader involved in every aspect of the operation.
