For additional information, visit us at Job Description Job Title: Golang Software Developer Location: Raleigh, NC We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with expertise in Java, Go Lang, and MongoDB to join our Operational Excellence team. The engineer will play a vital role in troubleshooting, debugging, implementing fixes, and ensuring seamless application operations. Responsibilities include acting as the L3 point of contact for incidents and queries raised by customers and support teams, analyzing and resolving production issues, working on bug fixes, system behavior clarifications, data issues, performing short-term and long-term fixes, conducting data analysis, collaborating with various teams to improve system reliability, maintaining logs, and contributing to documentation and knowledge bases. Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Java, Go, and MongoDB Proficient in debugging application and service-level issues in production environments Solid understanding of microservices, web services, and distributed systems Experience with production/platform tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, etc.) Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in critical situations Exposure to monitoring and alerting systems Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Mandatory Skills: Enterprise Platform Engineering, Go Lang.
