Oso Home Care is looking for a dedicated and motivated Graduate Pharmacist to join our team! If you are passionate about making a difference in patients' lives and eager to advance your career in pharmacy, we encourage you to apply! Upon verification of RPh license approval Grad Intern may be eligible for hire as a full-time Clinical Pharmacist.

Hours: Monday to Friday with rotating weekends. Grad Pharmacist is expected to work 32 - 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.
• Provide patient counseling and education on medication use and management.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Graduating 2025
• Active Intern Pharmacist License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
