Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced in-house Graphic Designer in the Indianapolis area to take ownership of all marketing asset creation as we transition from an agency model. The ideal candidate will help drive our visual brand strategy and deliver high-impact marketing materials. This new role will provide iA greater flexibility, faster response times, and deeper design integration into our company, allowing for a more proactive approach to design needs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of immersing themselves in a company's brand, understanding and applying existing brand guidelines while producing visually compelling graphics across print ads, digital ads, white papers, website updates, and infographics. We're looking for someone who is a skilled professional who brings creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking to every project. Photography, Video and Motion Animation skills are a plus.

What you'll do:
  • Support creative design strategy and execution
  • Develop comprehensive design solutions for marketing campaigns and product launches including but not limited to: campaign concepts, print ads, digital ads, infographics, presentations, whitepapers, sales sheets, email templates, storyboards, etc.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications, external and internal
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to align design with business objectives
  • Lead collaborative sessions such as project kick-offs, brainstorming workshops, etc. with the Marketing team
  • Oversee production of marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets
  • Assist in selecting and managing a marketing project management platform to ensure creative projects stay on track and within budget

Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related Fine Arts
  • Creative & critical thinker, excellent listener, and communicator
  • 3-5 years of creative design experience
  • Proven ability to create impact graphics while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Expert proficiency in creative design and presentation software
  • Strong strategic and collaborative skills
  • Ability to present new ideas/concepts clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time to deliver results on time and under budget.
  • Ability to provide work samples/creative portfolio that showcases breadth of design skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into visual communication

Compensation:

The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $76,156 to $102,034 , though a candidate's base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
