What You Do Graphic Designer - Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
Your Education and Experience Required - Bachelor's degree required or significant coursework in Graphic Design
- Two-three years' experience as a Graphic Designer
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- 2+ years' experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, as well Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, excel, word and publisher, etc.
- Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- The employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program

Marsh McLennan and its affiliates are EOE Minority/Female/Disability/Vet/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity employers. The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,500 to $105,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
