Healthcare Recruiter – Non Clinical

We’re seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and support the continued growth of our clinical and non-clinical departments. In this role, you'll partner with executive leadership and department heads to build a robust, diverse pipeline of top-tier healthcare talent.

This is a primarily onsite position with opportunities for occasional remote work following a successful onboarding period.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment

• Collaborate with department leaders and executives to design and implement targeted recruitment strategies
• Source, engage, and recruit healthcare professionals across a variety of disciplines using modern recruitment tools and techniques
• Stay informed on market trends to maintain a competitive edge in candidate outreach

Candidate Engagement

• Build strong relationships with prospective candidates to enhance engagement and retention
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, offering market insights and talent strategy recommendations

Operational Excellence

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and coordination with onboarding teams
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms to ensure efficient workflows
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with organizational policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience, in a hospital or healthcare environment is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with credentialing processes, immigration considerations, and healthcare industry trends is a plus
