Intelligent Automation- Robotic Process Automation Consultant and Designer

What you Will Be Doing Specific Job Description:

• Resources will support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects where resources support creation of requirements/user stories, working with Technology to deliver automation solutions and helping with testing.
• Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting the Product Owners and Solution Consultants in serving as a liaison between stakeholders, IT, and users
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Perform analysis and provide intermediate end-user support through development and post-production
• Work closely with organization members to build, enhance and maintain solutions to support team efficiency and effectiveness
• Interfacing directly with business partners to identify pain points and design solutions, including the gathering and documenting of requirements
• Assisting the Product Owners and Solution Consultants in managing the full solution delivery lifecycle by documenting features, collaborating with IT developers, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing, and managing deployment efforts
• Owning ongoing support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interaction and facilitating delivery of enhancements and bug fixes as required

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation Design
• Business process engineering, requirements analysis, and developing and implementing solutions
• Experience in or creating the following:
• BRD – Business Requirements Documents
• Working with technology development teams
• Detailed click by click process documentation
• Creating Tech Stories for developers
• Process Design Implementation
• Quality Assurance and testing
• Work directly with business to gather requirements
• High level process flows
• UiPath

Minimum of a strong understanding of capabilities

• 3+ years of hands on experience in an automation environment that utilizes UiPath/BluePrism
• Agile Certified 2+ years
• Scrum Master experience
• Create User Stories
• Work directly with Development teams
• UAT – has first-hand experience
• QA
• Ability to take on multi task and status
• Strong Communication - Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Add additional business value to task without being prompted
• Take initiatives when opportunities arise
• Liaising with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues

Additional Required Skills:

• Very strong communication with a focus on initiating that conversation
• Problem solving mindset with drive to implement quickly
