Position:

Incident Analyst

Description:

Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to manage major incidents.
Lead business-impacting incident resolution with cross-functional teams.
Communicate timely updates to stakeholders during incidents.
Conduct root cause analysis and track corrective actions.
Maintain incident and problem management documentation.
Create reports and metrics to measure incident trends and resolution success.
Collaborate with internal/external teams to align with best practices.
Ensure compliance with incident/problem management processes and SLAs.
Contribute to various IT projects as needed.

Requirements:

ITILv4 certification or working knowledge of ITIL best practices.
Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL Incident / Program Mgmt.
Excellent communication skills and time management skills.
Participate in a 7x24 on-call rotation to manage major incidents (monthly basis, 2-week call rotation).
Must possess ServiceNow administrative experience , specifically configuring workflows and scripting.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years of experience OR High School Diploma and 6+ years of relevant IT experience.
