The Corporate Trainer will conduct and supervise classroom based training, and potentially computer based training, to all levels of Cajun employees (field/craft employees through supervisors/managers). Will promote the values of Cajun's culture, emphasizing safety and quality work to achieve productivity. The role of the Corporate Trainer will be to motivate employees through learning, evaluation, audits and feedback and must demonstrate a desire and motivation to promote safety and quality in all aspects of training. Must have a strong background in heavy industrial construction and safety, with preferably 10-15 years of work experience in related fields, and at least 5 years of experience in training/teaching supported by an educational background as evidenced through certifications and/or a degree (Bachelor degree strongly preferred, commensurate experience considered). This individual must also possess substantial knowledge of OSHA and ANSI requirements in related fields. Must possess, maintain, and/or acquire certifications for necessary training as needed (such as NCCER Master Trainer, OSHA 500, CPR/FA Instructor, etc.)
