Job Description

The Junior Salesforce Administrator will support the Technology team in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for an individual looking to grow their Salesforce expertise while providing critical support to business users. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for learning. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in user account management, including setup, permissions, roles, and security settings.
  • Support Salesforce configuration, including creating and maintaining fields, validation rules, process automation, reports, dashboards, and process automation.
  • Provide first-line support for Salesforce-related inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Assist in testing and deploying Salesforce updates, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Maintain system documentation, including user guides and best practice documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions and create training materials for end users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support process improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity by assisting in data imports, exports, and deduplication efforts.

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce administration, including user management, process automation, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze system issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Education & Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or a related IT role.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience with declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Process Builder) is a plus.
