Key Responsibilities:

Perform a Variety of Services - Provide top-quality window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting.

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience - Conduct final walkthroughs, collect payments, request customer reviews, and recommend additional services.

Maintain Equipment & Safety Standards - Keep all tools and equipment clean, organized, and in top working condition.

Follow the Window Genie Way - Adhere to our proven service methods to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

What We're Looking For:

Professional, personable, and detail-oriented

Team player with strong leadership skills

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation to work

Comfortable with heights-able to climb ladders and work with arms overhead

Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and working on your feet for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits:

Earn $25-30 per hour ($1,000 - $1,500 per week)
