The Seattle office is seeking an experienced full-time Litigation Legal Practice Assistant with strong knowledge of Washington State and Federal Court procedures, including e-filing. This role supports senior attorneys in a fast-paced environment and requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. The firm offers a hybrid schedule (three days in-office, two remote) and the opportunity to work with one of the nation's top 100 law firms.

Key responsibilities include preparing, proofreading, and managing legal documents; maintaining client files; handling correspondence; and managing travel, billing, and expense processes. The assistant will coordinate meetings, communicate with clients, and support case management and project workflow. Experience with document management systems, redlining, and electronic billing is preferred, along with strong document processing and project management abilities.

Candidates should have at least five years of recent litigation experience, including state and federal e-filing, calendaring, and docketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook at an advanced level is required. The position demands professionalism, the ability to work overtime, and excellent interpersonal skills. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required. The salary range is $70,000-$85,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
