Position: Licensed Health Insurance Agent

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in enrolling into low or no-cost insurance plans via HealthSherpa.
• Adhere to a strict call script while ensuring compliance with Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulations.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Efficiently handle calls while delivering exemplary customer service.
• Follow up with clients as needed to finalize applications.
• Uphold all legal and ethical standards during health insurance enrollment.

Requirements:

• Active 215 or 240 Florida insurance license.
• Proficient with computers and comfortable working within web-based platforms.
• Punctual and professional work ethic.
• Knowledgeable about ACA regulations and enrollment protocols.
• Ability to meticulously follow scripts and procedures.
• No prior experience, state licensing by territory, or FFM certification needed.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities:

• Option 1: $20/hr base + $5 per enrollment.
• Option 2: Straight commission ranging from $20 to $30 per member enrolled.
• $500/week paid training starting from October 1 to October 31.
• Significant performance-based bonuses exceeding $50,000 available.
• Incentive trips to Costa Rica and other high-value rewards for top achievers.
