Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent-REMOTE 

Employment Type: Temporary/Seasonal Direct Hire (Assignment ends December 8, 2025)

Training: 5 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST

Work Hours: Shifts scheduled within hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST

Compensation: $21.75 per hour

Incentives: AEP Agent Performance Bonus

• Agent must be actively employed between October 1 – December 7 to qualify.
• Bonus is performance-based, with no cap.
• Full details provided during training.

Job Description

This is a high-energy, customer-focused position assisting inbound callers with life and health insurance inquiries during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Successful agents demonstrate active listening, empathy, and effective sales techniques while guiding customers through plan options, enrollments, and policy upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from new and existing clients.
• Sell Medicare products through specified carriers during AEP.
• Assist customers in selecting and enrolling in the most appropriate plan.
• Respond to questions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed and confidential customer records.
• Document call activity for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Identify upselling opportunities when appropriate.
• Provide feedback on call challenges and customer concerns.

Skills and Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License (resident license required in state of residence).
• AEP experience and proven sales background strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Open availability during operating hours; ability to work 48 hours per week (5–6 days).
• Strong communication and logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to type at least 25 WPM.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic computer skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Work-From-Home Requirements

• Quiet, professional home office environment.
• Internet service requirements
• Minimum download speed: 35 Mbps
• Minimum upload speed: 15 Mbps
• Ping under 30 ms with no packet loss
• The following connections are not permitted
