Position Overview

We are seeking motivated  Licensed Insurance Writers to join our growing team. This on-site role involves working directly at worksites to write  group insurance policies , educate clients on coverage options, and ensure smooth enrollment processes. Candidates must hold a valid insurance license and be passionate about helping individuals and groups secure reliable coverage.|

Responsibilities

• Write and issue  Globe Life insurance policies for individuals and group plans.
• Conduct on-site consultations at client worksites.
• Educate clients on available  life and group insurance coverage options and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records, receipts, and documentation of policies written.
• Collaborate with management to maximize performance incentives and overrides.
• Utilize the EPIC system to manage leads, client information, and insurance policy processing.
  

Qualifications

• Active  Life  & Health insurance license (preferred not required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and on-site at worksites.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed commission goals.
• Prior experience in  life or group insurance sales preferred but not required.
