Requirements:

Hold a Master's in Counseling Degree with a minimum of 6 months of therapy or assessment-related experience
Possess a valid LSW license in the state of Illinois
Comfortable with technology, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and excited to be part of a growing company expanding nationwide
Eligible to work in the United States
Maintain a private work-from-home space to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance
Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a bonus
Skills:

Proficient in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Experienced in treatment planning
Skilled in collaborating with clients to set and achieve goals
Capable of conducting comprehensive assessments
