Roseville Veterinary Clinic is a fast paced 4 doctor practice located in beautiful Clarke County, VA. The practice has served the residents of Boyce, Berryville and Winchester for over 40 years. We practice high quality medicine, in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. We offer high quality medicine, in a beautiful rural setting, perfect for the nature lover.

We are the veterinary hospital for the local animal shelter, and work with several rescue groups. As pillars in the community we are very involved in community events, outreach programs, and caring for the animals within the community.

*Position Skills: *
* Professional client communication and education obtaining medical histories and symptoms
* Laboratory procedures including but not limited to: hematology, cytology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood chemistry, and fecals
* Diagnostic imaging and implementing safety protocols of fellow staff members
* Nursing skills including: restraining patients, administering medications PO/IV/SUBQ/IM, applying and maintaining bandages, proficient IV catheter placement and venipuncture, surgery prep, anaesthesia monitoring
* Proficient in dental prophylaxis

*Position Requirements:*
* Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT) or the ability to transfer credentials from state to state.
* Associates degree in Veterinary Technology

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
