Job Title: Moving Company Driver and Helper

Location: Salem, VA

Job Summary:
MoveUp is currently hiring Movers and Crew Lead / Drivers to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our moving services. If you enjoy physical work, thrive in a team environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

WHAT WE OFFER?

Pay Ranges:

• Movers: $16.00 - $24.00/hr
• Crew Lead / Drivers: $20.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Requirements:

• Moving Industry Experience
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 75 pounds or more
• Valid Driver's License with Clean MVR record
• Reliable transportation to work daily
• Previous experience driving 26ft box trucks
• Must be okay with undergoing a background check and drug test

What’s Expected of Me To Do?

• Be Accountable: Arrive on time and in uniform daily
• Physical Work: Load, Pack, Unload furniture and boxes for customer’s moves
• Provide 5-Star Experience: Smile throughout the day and go the extra mile to make the move seamless for the customer
• Stay Safe: Follow all company policies and procedures for safety and efficiency
• Be Responsible: Lead the rest of the team and drive the 26ft truck safely from each point
