Maintenance Technician- $35/hr
Responsibilities

• Perform electrical reactive maintenance, including photo eye and sensor troubleshooting.
• Conduct controls troubleshooting and rewiring of 480V motors.
• Replace VFDs and drives, troubleshooting with ethernet.
• Engage in mechanical work, including wrench turning.
• Transfer parameters between drives.
• Work with equipment such as 8-color flexo-presses, corrugators, die cutters, Kuka robotics, and roller-driven conveyors, all operated with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Handle power sources and components ranging from 24V to 480V.

Essential Skills

• Schematic reading and interpreting.
• Troubleshooting with PLCs, specifically the 500 and 5000 models.
• Experience with motor controls, such as A-B PowerFlex 40 and 525 VFDs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Robotics teaching and reteaching.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting and repair.
• Blueprint reading and conduit running and installation.
• 480V 3-phase motor rewiring.
• Heavy reactive maintenance.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and climate-controlled, fostering a good culture. Shifts available include a rotating 2-2-3 schedule from 7AM-7PM or a Monday-Friday schedule from 7AM-3:30PM. Technicians may be on call on weekends, receiving a minimum of four hours pay if required to come into the facility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $76960.00/yr.
