Lead or support the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 modules based on client needs. Develop and maintain integrations, reports, and customizations using Microsoft tools. Provide testing, training, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders. Support upgrade and patching activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and user manuals. Conduct user training and support UAT processes. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, Finance & Operations, or other modules. Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS). Ability to perform full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently in a remote or onsite environment.
