What You'll Do:

Generate new mortgage applications through established lead channels.

Build strong relationships with both potential and existing borrowers to understand their needs.

Assess customers' financial situations and recommend the most suitable loan products.

Structure loans effectively and provide accurate rate quotes.

Guide clients through the mortgage process with professionalism and care.

What We're Looking For:

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

3-5 years of loan origination experience.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Active NMLS license with the ability to obtain additional state licensing (company-paid).

A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, eager to excel in a sales-driven environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Encompass Loan Origination Software (LOS) is a plus.
