Job Description

Vaco is seeking a Junior Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (F&O, Customer Service, etc.) and a passion for optimizing business processes through technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support, configure, and enhance our Business Central environment, with a focus on modules such as Customer Service and Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Support integration efforts between Business Central and ecommerce platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Participate in data migration activities and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support API development and integration tasks.
• Contribute to DevOps practices using tools like Azure DevOps or Git.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, especially Customer Service and Finance & Operations modules.
• Familiarity with ecommerce website integration to Business Central.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and Microsoft Azure services.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).
• Experience with data migration techniques and tools.
• Basic understanding of API development and integration.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or related technologies is a plus.
