As our National Sales Recruiter , you’ll be the force behind our expansion. You’ll own the recruiting lifecycle end-to-end — sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing the best Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and mortgage pros in the business.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage top-tier mortgage professionals nationwide
• Build and maintain a pipeline of proven Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and Operations talent
• Run decisive screening calls and deliver standout candidates to leadership
• Partner with HR & executives to shape recruiting strategies, compensation insights, and market expansion goals
• Leverage CRM, social platforms, and referral networks to maximize reach and visibility
• Track recruiting activity and deliver results that move the business forward
• Collaborate with Marketing to amplify our brand and recruitment campaigns

What It Takes

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in the mortgage industry ( required )
• Strong understanding of origination, production roles, and licensing requirements
• Proven success bringing in high-performing sales talent
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple markets and priorities with precision
• A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and relentless drive for growth
