Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Home Administrator based in Bridgman, MI. The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing budgets, coordinating resident care services, and maintaining high-quality standards. The administrator will also focus on enhancing operational efficiency while fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and expertise in Nursing Home Administration and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with Long-term Care and Elder Care, with an emphasis on quality service delivery

  • Strong skills in Training and staff development to promote a high-functioning team
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Michigan
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
