A local law firm is seeking an Office Administrator to take all inbound calls of new cases and enter new client information. This is a 3-month assignment working Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

Qualified candidates m ust have p revious office administrative experience, m ust be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, m ust have excellent communication and telephone skills, and m ust be able to pay a high attention to detail. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. There is the possibility of this turning into a permanent position for the right person.
