Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks, such as: HR and travel support, office supplies sundry purchase, and other related administrative supports as needed.
Incoming mails and prepare outgoing mails (Fedex, USPS, etc.)
Assis site office for office duties as needed.
Requirements:
College or Bachelors degree or student currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in the field of Business, Economic, Human Resources or related.
Ability to maintain the confidential and sensitive material and information.
Able to work on-site 20 ~ 40 hours per week and this is a 7-month contract position.
Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests
Consistently demonstrate a can-do attitude and create a positive customer experience.
Be flexible, have a strong eye for detail, meet deadlines and be comfortable working independently.
Preferred Requirements
1+ years of office assistant with some HR experience.
Bilingual in English/Chinese is required.
