Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development and Training Director for a reputable client in downtown Houston. This role is 100% onsite and requires a proven track record of managing teams and working within large organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of training programs, organizational development initiatives, and strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to improve overall company performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of training and development professionals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development and training, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing a team and working for a company with a minimum of 5,000 employees.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and organizational development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
