Job Summary:
We are looking for a Residential Painting Subcontractor with a skilled crew to complete exterior and interior residential painting projects on time and with precision. This is a subcontractor roleideal for an established painting crew or business looking to grow and stay busy year-round. We have a consistent flow of projects and offer competitive pay with potential to earn up to $50,000+ per month depending on your crew size, speed, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned residential painting projects according to scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

• Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, power washing, masking, caulking, priming).

• Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

• Maintain a clean and safe job site.

• Communicate with the project manager and homeowners professionally and clearly.

• Ensure all jobs are completed to company standards and local codes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of residential painting experience (exterior and/or interior).

• Must have your own crew, tools, ladders, and reliable transportation.

• Ability to take on full houses and maintain a fast, high-quality pace.

• Strong English-speaking skills (interviews will be conducted in English).

• Professional appearance and conduct.

• Ability to pass a background check if required.

Required Documentation:

• EIN (Employer Identification Number).
  
  
• General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $2 million .

• Workers Compensation Insurance (if applicable based on your crew size and state laws).
