Your Role

As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), you’ll be at the heart of the TrustCare Kids experience, working side by side with our talented pediatricians and staff to deliver care that makes a true difference. With your expertise and warmth, you’ll be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment for children and families we serve.

What You'll Do

• Provide preventative and general care to protect and support long-term health for children.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute conditions with precision and empathy.
• Perform wellness exams that prioritize growth, development, and health education.
• Order and analyze lab and imaging tests to support accurate diagnoses.
• Prescribe medications tailored to individual needs while ensuring clear communication with patients and families.
• Conduct sports and camp physicals that help kids stay active and safe.
• Design personalized treatment plans that reflect our commitment to high standards in patient care.
• Collaborate closely with your team to evaluate practices, share insights, and ensure we’re always delivering our very best.
• Empower patients and their families with the knowledge they need to manage their health and wellness.
• Promote teamwork across the clinic, always striving for innovation and excellence in care delivery.
• Pitch in on other tasks as needed, because at TrustCare Kids, we’re all about teamwork!

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for pediatric medicine and a commitment to creating positive healthcare experiences.
• Exceptional communication skills that inspire trust and comfort in patients of all ages.
• The ability to excel in problem-solving and critical thinking, even in fast-paced situations.
• An unwavering focus on results that prioritize patient care and well-being.
• A heart for customer service and a respect for maintaining confidentiality.
• Super organizational skills and the knack for managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications to Shine

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure with a specialty in Family Medicine.
• Clinical or Emergency Room experience is a big plus—we value real-world expertise!
• Proven ability to solve complex medical challenges while keeping patient care at the center.
• Comfortable and confident working independently when needed.

• Type of Role: Full-time, Exempt
• Work Environment: Warm, friendly, and patient-focused clinic setting.
• Physical Activity:
• Frequently lift/move objects weighing 10-20 pounds.
• Occasionally exert up to 100 pounds of force.
• Requires active participation beyond desk work.
