Description:

Title: Performance Tester
Duration: 12 Month (Possibility of extension)
Location: Raleigh, NC 27611 (Onsite from Day 1)

Role Overview:
The Performance Tester will be responsible for Manual and Automated testing of GUI, Client/Server, and Web Applications across multiple platforms. Duties include analyzing Business Requirements, Software Requirements Specifications, and Interface Specifications, developing comprehensive Test plans and Test cases using these documents, and conducting Unit, System Integration, Functional, Regression, Security, User Acceptance, Performance, and Load Testing.

Requirements:

Experience:
- 5+ Years in performance and software testing
- Manual and Automated testing (GUI, Web, Client/Server applications)
- Analysis of business and software requirements
- Developing Test plans and Test cases from specifications
- Experience with Automation Tools like QTP or Selenium
- Data validation and complex SQL/PL-SQL query development/execution
- Defect/bug tracking using HP ALM or similar
- Incident tracking/reporting using Manage Engine or ServiceNow (or similar ITIL tools)
- Knowledge/Experience with State UI-Unemployment Insurance Benefits System
- Experience/Knowledge of SCUBI/Tax system
