Good Guys Tree is seeking licensed individuals to join our team and help maintain the health and vitality of landscapes across Austin, TX and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: As a Licensed Plant Health Care Professional with Good Guys Tree, youll be responsible for:

  • Conducting plant health assessments and diagnosing issues.
  • Implementing targeted treatments for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
  • Applying environmentally responsible solutions in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Collaborating with our expert team to ensure optimal tree and plant care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and effectively communicating observations with clients.

Qualifications and Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A valid Texas Pesticide Applicator License (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Strong knowledge of tree and plant species common to Texas, along with associated pests and diseases.
  • Experience with integrated pest management (IPM) and environmentally responsible treatment methods.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • A passion for sustainable plant health care practices.
