The Role You’ll Play:

As Plant Manager at our Stockton facility, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of site operations. This is a visible leadership role with the opportunity to make an immediate and lasting impact on plant culture, operational excellence, and growth. You will lead plant performance across corrugated manufacturing, safety, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial results. As a critical site leader, you’ll collaborate with sales, engineering, supply chain, and corporate teams to deliver strategic goals and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

Operations Leadership:

  • Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, throughput, quality, cost control, and maintenance excellence.
  • Champion a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and policies.
  • Drive operational performance by meeting or exceeding key production metrics.
  • Manage plant profit and loss, control costs, and drive operational efficiencies.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Support local sales initiatives in partnership with the Sales Manager, ensuring production capabilities meet customer demands.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure superior service levels.

People & Culture:

  • Lead, develop, and engage plant employees across all departments.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Maintain strong labor relations and partner with HR on workforce strategies, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management.

Strategic and Financial Management:

  • Lead business, marketing, and capital planning processes for the facility.
  • Prepare and manage plant budgets and financial reporting with a focus on cost savings and operational excellence.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, sustainability, and profitability.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred) or equivalent operational leadership experience.
  • 7–10 years of manufacturing experience; packaging or corrugated industry experience highly desired (specific Corrugator/Sheetfeeder exp highly desired).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing plant operations, P&L accountability, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead through influence, build effective teams, and develop future leaders.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer-first mindset with a drive to deliver value and operational excellence.

Compensation:

The expected base salary range is $150,000–$160,000+ per year (plus bonus opportunity), depending on skills, experience, and education. Candidates with extensive corrugated operations leadership experience outside this range are encouraged to apply.

Final compensation will reflect internal equity considerations and allow for future salary growth.
