Job Description

For 27 years, Teltonika has been a global leader in manufacturing innovative IoT solutions, with offices in over 27 countries and more than 2,500 employees worldwide. We are expanding our manufacturing operations in USA and looking for an ambitious Plant Manager to lead the launch of our new facility located in Orlando city.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a high-impact initiative: establishing a modern manufacturing facility from the ground up, building a strong local team, and contributing directly to Teltonika’s global production network.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the setup and launch of the manufacturing facility
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Hire and onboard key first-level leaders and essential staff
  • Coordinate cross-functional departments.
  • Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements
  • Promote a positive, performance-driven company culture
  • Monitor costs and contribute to optimizing profitability and sustainability
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, government authorities, and partners

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in electronic manufacturing, ideally with 50+ team members under your leadership
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and operations
  • Previous experience in launching or scaling a manufacturing site is a big advantage
  • Excellent leadership skills and team management capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Additional knowledge in any of the following areas is considered a plus:
  • Product engineering & quality standards
  • Order management processes
  • Budgeting and payroll systems
