Team/group:
Group is focused on customer data and analytics in relation to claims and membership data. They specialize in customer analytics and reporting supporting Account Managers and underwriting group to satisfy need for answering Why customers should choose Kaiser.
Emphasizing on reporting on information
- How are we compacting all information into reports/reporting
- Have to sustain report production
o On average 100k reports per year
o 1-2k reports due a week
- Put together processes and automation documentation
Types of reports vary
- Dependent on purchase groups request
- 100 member+ groups
Data Content
- Membership data
- Critical data

- Experience with Cognos, Tableau
- Healthcare industry
- Experience with SharePoint or MS Native data source
- Bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, social/physical/life sciences
- 3 years of experience in data analytics
- 3+ years of experience creating and editing reports using PowerBI
o Help team expedite transition from Cognos to Power BI
- Ability to manipulate data using SQL, DAX, and M language
o What database is your data stored in?
