This full-time position is available to be filled remotely or in any of our offices with paid travel expenses and a per diem allowance for meals.

What you will Do:

  • Coordinate and mentor field crews and office staff
  • Develop proposals and estimates for land surveying projects
  • Perform and check calculations including level circuit reduction, least squared and compass rule computations, and volume and area calculations
  • Conduct boundary research and prepare plats, plans, and legal boundary descriptions
  • Perform field surveys including hydrographic, topographic, control, and boundary surveys

What you will Need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, land surveying, or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Licensure: Current licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor
  • Software: Proficient in Power GEOPAK, Open Roads, and/or AutoDesk Civil3D
  • Safety: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the United States to meet project requirements
  • Service Oriented: Maintain focus on project delivery and client service with attention to detail and meeting deadlines

What you might Add:

  • Experience: Specialized survey experience (Hydrographic, UAV Mapping, Mobile LIDAR, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), or other high-technology areas)
  • Licensure: Professional Land Surveyor licensure in additional States
  • Software: Strong familiarity with ArcGIS

Salary range $56,160-156,000 determined by education, experience, licensure, and KSAs of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity
