Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong leadership background and proven experience managing large-scale projects ($20M+) in the municipal, government, education, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience, a strong safety record, and a hands-on approach to project execution and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, quality control, and contract compliance
  • Oversee and mentor project managers, engineers, and field staff
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to ensure milestones are met
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure full adherence to all OSHA safety standards and internal safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive construction experience
  • Proven track record managing $20M+ ground-up and renovation projects
  • Sector experience across municipal, government, education, and commercial builds
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Efficient at reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
  • Proficient in construction management software, with experience in scheduling tools, CMiC, and PlanGrid strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and full compliance with OSHA requirements and guidelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
