Project Manager | Up to $130k | Education

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join a well-established General Contractor in Dallas. This is an opportunity to work on projects across various industries such as the Education and Commercial sectors. Our Project Manager will need to boast excellent communication as well as management and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on maintaining the field.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure a timely and under budget completion
• Manage resources and buyouts for subcontractors
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Oversee procurement and contract management
