Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager with 4–6 years of experience who can manage end-to-end project delivery while effectively using tools like Azure DevOps and Aha! for tracking progress and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work seamlessly with both technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project lifecycles from initiation through delivery.
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to track work, manage sprints, update boards, and report on progress.
• Leverage Aha! to create, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Build and present custom reports and dashboards from ADO and Aha! to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and ensure follow-through on action items.

Required Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of project management experience, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and reporting.
• Experience using Aha! for roadmapping and product planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent)
• Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
