Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves performing quality inspections, conducting audits, and utilizing various measurement tools to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision measuring instruments, including calipers, to perform measurements.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and testing results.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement ISO 9001 standards and CGMP practices.
• Participate in quality audits to assess compliance with internal and external standards.
• Collect and analyze research data related to product quality.
• Assist in the development and improvement of quality management systems.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on inspection findings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality inspection or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with CGMP, ISO 9001, and quality management principles is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and calipers for precise measurements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret research data effectively.
• Experience conducting quality audits is a plus.
• Knowledge of Calypso software is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
