Business Analyst, Quote to Service
The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining Account hierarchies and Quote to Service (Q2S) transaction process. The analyst would work with business stakeholders to understand their needs, design the Organization Hierarchies, Account Hierarchies, and Company Hierarchies and ensure proper data mapping and functionality. The analyst is responsible to guide business stakeholders on industry best practices in setup and use of Accounts, Account Hierarchies and Q2S transaction processes. Longer SFDC Experience (Salesforce). Very strong in Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash and good understanding of how transactional models work within that space
