Proficiency in reading comprehension, writing, grammar, phonics, spelling, and vocabulary is essential. You must also demonstrate alignment with our Core Values (see more here: Core Values) and a commitment to mastering our curriculum and teaching methods. Responsibilities Teach, coach, and inspire students in reading and writing, guiding them to transform their skills and foster a love for learning. Use a structured curriculum that balances creativity with rigorous instruction. Engage with students in a supportive, small-group environment to help them achieve academic success. Work across multiple centers if desired, offering you diverse experiences. Collaborate with a helpful and supportive staff in a trusted and established program. Training and Development We provide paid training to help you master our curriculum and processes.
