Regional Field Trainer - Remote
The position of Regional Field Trainer (RFT) will lead employee development initiatives through facilitating training events and field educational programs. RFT will help ensure a high level of consistency among all new Traffic Controllers through American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) training and hands on experience as well as Field Supervisors mentorship.
The goal of this role is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills and knowledge of employees across a specific region.
This position will report directly to the Regional Field Training Manager.
